DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY WITH THIS OPERATOR. Gun lake just didn’t want to pay me my 1,000 loss promotion. We can sometimes reopen it as a one time courtesy but we are unable to reopen it due. However, when a patron mentions closing their account, we close the account for security purposes. When I responded to him that I did NOT authorize him to close the account he said that I apologize for the inconvenience. The customer service rep closed my account without me telling him to do it.
I planned to do this after my loss promotion was received. I opted into the promotion, even though it want the promotion I had expected when I signed up, I mentioned to the customer service person that I was disappointed and would clos my account. They said that the promotion wasn’t valid and the only promotion was the 1,000 casino loss promotion.
